Our Services
NNCA meets the needs of its service users by providing staff that are qualified and experienced within their specialised fields and most commonly in the comfort of the service users own home.
We can provide care from half an hour a day - to care on a live in basis (24/7) and our service varies from running errands, meal preparation, personal care, assistance in getting up in the morning and going to bed in the evening increasing in complexity to providing staff trained in peg feeding, tracheotomy care or to assist those with mental health needs.

Quality and Staffing
NNCA have been registered with the Care Quality Commission since 2004 and we are members of UKHCA.
All of our carers have or are working towards a QCF level 2 and above in health and social care.
All staff complete an NNCA induction and mandatory training pack. They are all reference checked and Enhanced criminal records checked.
Our office staff are also experienced carers or nurses and have worked in the care industry for many years in a variety of settings, from care in your home, care homes through to general and private hospitals. The office staff are available Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm and there is a on-call service that operates outside of office hours for emergency calls.
