"Ten years ago, I made the decision to move my care to NNCA, and it has been the best decision I could have made. Over the years, my reliance on personal and respite care calls has significantly increased, and NNCA has consistently met my needs with excellence.
I receive multiple care visits per day from a core group of dedicated, professional, and supportive care team members. They treat me with dignity and respect, ensuring that all my care requirements are met to a high standard.
Thanks to their unwavering support, I am able to remain at home with my parents, for which I am incredibly grateful. NNCA has truly made a positive impact on my life, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate and reliable care".

“I would like to thank you and all the carers from NNCA who helped my mum [~] over the past few weeks. Your care meant that we were able to keep her at home until the end which was the most important thing.
We would especially like to thank [carer] who was with mum on the last day and who dealt with a very distressing situation calmly and professionally.”

“I’m writing to say thank you so much for the way you looked after [~] the other week. I have known [~] for over a year and know that she felt truly cared for by you and was relaxed because she felt safe. I know that you were very attentive to her physical needs and also to her spiritual and psychological well being. So thank you [carer] and good luck with your work”

“I wanted to write this letter to pass on my heart felt thanks to [carer]. She made what was the worst day of my life a bit softer around the edges.
There I was alone with my husband panicking because of the distress he was in when [carer] knocked my door. I didn’t realise what was happening to my husband… but [carer] made me feel calmer and said to say goodbye to [~] as it was near the end. I was able to sit and whisper nice things in his ear and cuddle and hold his hand while he slipped off.
If [carer] hadn’t appeared at that time, I may have missed those last few peaceful moments together. [carer] phoned Doctors, dealt with undertakers (too scary for me), did my dishes, made coffees but above all she chatted to me… held my hand, gave me hugs and even cried a little with me.
The last image I have of my husband is him sitting on his favourite spot on the settee, looking like he was having a snooze after tea. The pain had gone from his face and a tiny smile - I like to think he managed to hear my last few words”

“Just a note to say thank-you very much for your input with regard to the care of my father, [~]. As you know he died on the 29th March, in hospital, with his three children by his bed.
[Carer's] care for him was excellent, making the short time he was at home with me, manageable. I have already recommended your Company to a friend, as your willingness to accommodate our needs was so reassuring.
Please pass my thanks to [Carer]“
